Thanks Wayne, but don't think we can. It's the older version and not compatible with newer PT's. Shame Confused

Yes, Laps Free. Seems to work fine, manual input errors can occur, but transponders can be missed at times. With a slight margin on accuracy, both ways, in both types of counting (manual & auto) there seems to be little to choose between them, except ease for Race Control

What about bbk maual use softwear @ £64. not sure if the club version will work with transponders tho but if they do then each driver can buy his /hers own personal 1 to keep, but if your happy with wat ya got then stay with that

loop is no prob. Another club bought there amd gear for our first day, I laid a loop and the other club's loan transponders were available. Worked well on free laps too. I think a couple of laps were missed though

yer it depends were the transponders are placed in the cars which the loop can miss picking it up ,shpould know if its miss a car if theres no bleep has it passes over the loop, bbk software will work with out decoder if some one enters the cars number has it passes over the line just like in the good old days when plp used clickers how things change with time

Yep, we havta start somewhere. At least with a lap top and number pad it produces some reasonable result printouts. If membership rises we could afford auto count system. Lottery funding is also possible Wink
